Our Roofing History
ROLLED ROOFING
Rolled Roofing, also known as 90-pound, is an economical material similar to shingles that is light-duty and usually serves as a temporary roof and is only used on sloped surfaces. The Advantage Systems Seamless and Highly Reflective roofing system is suited for flat, low sloped and sloped roofs and will provide a longer lifespan and therefore a lower life cycle cost than even low priced roofing system
METAL ROOFS
Metal roofs are typically made from steel or aluminum with a variety of corrugations. Roof leaks are the most common problem due to all the laps and fastener holes in the metal. Additionally, changing a flat roof to a sloped metal roof requires a different building design and can cause structural problems. The Advantage Systems Seamless roofing system eliminates the laps and exposed fasteners as well as the associated leaks and is ideally suited for flat roofs and as a covering for existing metal roofs.
PVC/TPO
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)/TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) Roofs are both made of a thin layer of thermoplastic that is fully adhered or mechanically installed.This type of roofing system will become brittle over time and is easily damaged by roof traffic or hail and punctures are a common problem. The Advantage Systems roofing system has an application rate 3-4 thicker and therefore provides superior protection for your building.
